PROMOTING AFFORDABLE ENERGY, ENERGY EFFICIENCY, AND CLEAN ENERGY EXPORTS. (a) Office of Energy Efficiency and Clean Energy Exports.-- Section 2(b)(1)(C) of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (12 U.S.C. 635(b)(1)(C)) is amended to read as follows: ``(C) Office of Energy Efficiency and Clean Energy Exports.--The President of the Agency shall establish an office whose functions shall be to-- ``(i) advise the Board of Directions on ways of promoting the export of goods and services to be used in the development, production, and distribution of energy efficiency and clean energy resources; ``(ii) disseminate information concerning export opportunities and the availability of Agency support for such activities; and ``(iii) act as a liaison between the Agency and the Department of Commerce and other appropriate departments and agencies of the Federal Government.''.
