The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division C (before the short title) insert the following; Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce Executive Order No. 13547 (75 Fed. Reg. 43023, relating to the stewardship of oceans, coasts, and the Great Lakes), including the National Ocean Policy developed under such Executive Order. The Acting CHAIR.
