Do they have a budget which shows the true cost to their socialist projects like the Green New Deal, Medicare for All, free college programs that will explode the deficits and debt by over $100 trillion? No.

In my view, these states like New York are abusing their responsibilities under the Clean Water Act and it is time for EPA to step up to rein them in.
