Bill Flores: “The facts say it did fail.”

The goal of this hearing is to determine how we can build a hundred percent clean economy with opportunities for a low-carbon recovery.

We need to think about this beyond our borders and think globally.

The point that I want to make is that finding a lasting solution to any of our economic, environmental, and energy solutions requires us to use nothing less than all of the tools in our toolbox.

These projects could enjoy a more streamlined, proactively managed approach to avoid potentially catastrophic mishaps.
