I want to brag on the Trump administration and the team witnesses that are here today for the response to the SARS-CoV-2 spread.

If these projects do not receive Federal attention, they may end up costing the Federal Government a substantial amount of funding in reconstruction and emergency response.

The point that I want to make is that finding a lasting solution to any of our economic, environmental, and energy solutions requires us to use nothing less than all of the tools in our toolbox.

We need to think about this beyond our borders and think globally.
