This is a bipartisan effort, finally, to give back money to people that they have earned, finally let them keep more of their money, and I am happy that my friends on the Democrat side of the aisle are joining with us in this. I know it is difficult for them because their book on tax reductions is about one-sixteenth of an inch thick, but they are trying very hard to follow our lead and to give tax reductions to the American people, and that is something the American people I hope will appreciate, that this effort now is bipartisan.
