I ask the gentleman if he can point out for the Members here from these charts precisely where this tax relief goes. The first chart shows that 90 percent of the tax relief over 10 years goes to families and to education, with $23 billion as a small item that goes to the other areas of relief. The second chart shows 76 percent of the tax relief goes to people with annual earnings under $75,000.
