I would add, for the gentleman, because I know others will be concerned about this, that we have not extended this to any personnel that stayed domestically located in the United States of America because we, in this legislation, do not intend to change the rules under which we have operated on all previous engagements. As a result, although they may be involved in the operation, if they never leave the United States of America, then they would not be covered under this legislation.
