this has been distorted also, and I would further add into the debate that over a 10-year period, and normally the House works only on 5 years, those are our rules, but because this is a special deal with the Senate, and the Senate works off of 10 years, we are now looking at both, over 10 years with this tax relief the budget is still balanced at the end of 10 years.
