I remember over the years when we were in the minority and we had a Republican President in the White House, the Democrat leadership over and over again brought the Republican budget to the floor so we could have a chance to vote on it. Now I see that the leadership on the other side of the aisle does not seem to want us to have an opportunity to vote on the President's proposals, which we are going to give the House an opportunity to do today.
