No funds appropriated under this Act may be used to enforce the requirement for ambulatory surgical centers to submit information with respect to the ASC-20 measure under the ambulatory surgical center quality reporting program established pursuant to section 1833(t)(17) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395l(t)(17)).
