cutting PAC's, political action committees, contributions from $5,000 to $4,000 simply is not enough. Let us cut them in half to $2,500. That is one basic difference. The bill is late, but it is not a dollar short. This bill is real reform. It moves us in the right direction. We have got to cut PAC's in half and listen to the folks who have the guts not to accept the PAC money, not the people with a million bucks in the bank that take all the PAC money they can get. Listen to us, the people who make the phone calls to individuals in our district to raise our money. The pure people say, pass this bill.
