we are going to start the last vote in a few minutes. The managers faced a few roadblocks this afternoon, but we are going to complete this bill. This will be the last vote of the evening. Tomorrow we are going to begin foreign ops. The two managers will be here for opening statements. We will be voting on Monday, and I anticipate that vote would be in relation to an amendment on the foreign ops bill. I thank all Senators for the progress during the course of the week; foreign ops tomorrow.
