That may not quite work because we don't know what the outcome of that bill is going to be. I mention that only to say, let's work together, and if we can agree on another amendable vehicle, then I am willing to work with that, and I will do everything I can. I think we can be successful. The problem is when you set a bar that is going to become law in the next few days, it is impossible.”
