Right now it is important for the American people to understand that we, because of what is going on right now and what we are hearing, cannot proceed until the Senator from Minnesota allows us to proceed with the underlying bill. So I will just ask, Is the Senator going to allow us to proceed to address the Ed-Flex bill?”
