tomorrow the Senate will complete action on the Foreign Operations appropriations bill. We have several pending amendments to dispose of tomorrow morning. Although that list is longer than I would like, it is hoped that most of those amendments can be worked out and will not require rollcall votes. We also, a few moments ago, filed a cloture motion on the Dorr nomination. That vote will occur on Thursday morning. ____________________
