I have not seen the core requirements. I didn't hear what the core requirements are specifically. But if you would allow us to proceed to the bill at some point, at the appropriate time--right now, as you know, we have given the Senator the last 3 hours so he can make these points. We are ready to go to the bill, introduce to America a great Ed-Flex bill, as soon as the Senator is finished.
