I have just a few announcements and then I will have a short statement. We will have a full day of debate today on the nomination of Janice Rogers Brown. To allow for an orderly debate, I now ask unanimous consent that following the remarks of myself and the Democratic leader, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee be recognized to speak. Further, I ask that the time from 3 to 4 be under the control of the Democratic leader or his designee, and the time from 4 to 5 be under the control of the majority leader or his designee. I further ask that the time from 5 to 5:30 be under the control of the other side of the aisle, and the time from 5:30 to 6 be under the control of the majority. The PRESIDENT pro tempore. Is there objection? Without objection, it is so ordered.
