it has been a long day. The next vote on final passage will be our last vote of the day. This will be our 22nd rollcall vote of the day. I thank the chairman and the ranking member for a tremendous job. About 4 or 5 days ago, we said it was going to be done by 6 o'clock. We were going to complete this bill. Indeed, they have accomplished just that. We will be in session tomorrow, but there will be no rollcall votes. We will go to the DOD authorization bill. Again, there will be no rollcall votes tomorrow. We will be on the DOD authorization bill on Friday and Monday. We will have rollcall votes Monday night. We will not be voting before 5:30 on Monday. With that, congratulations. I yield the floor. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The bill having been read the third time, the question is, Shall the bill pass? The clerk will call the roll. The assistant legislative clerk called the roll.
