As we discussed the judicial issue and the filibusters that are ongoing, which are unprecedented--partisan filibusters in this country on the judicial nominees--I do think it is critically important that we have the opportunity on both sides to be heard. The plans will be, after we finish the appropriations process over the next several days, that at that point in time we will turn to the judicial nominees. We will be debating two nominees who haven't yet been considered on the floor of the Senate. The intention has been made very clear that the Members on the other side of the aisle will filibuster. Therefore, I look forward to an active debate between both sides of the aisle.
