The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), add the following: TITLE IX--ADDITIONAL LIMITATION PROVISION Sec. 9001. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used for the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate. The Acting CHAIR.
