We have millions of dollars' worth of steel fence material laying in piles down there next to the border that could be used to fill some obvious gaps that would make it so much easier for Customs and Border Patrol to do their jobs that they would like to do. Morale down there, of course, is really bad amongst our officers, just for inability to do their job effectively, and not being supported by this Federal Government and this administration.…
