Mr. Chair, I offer amendment 18. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 240, line 15, strike ``or'' at the end. Page 240, line 20, add ``or'' at the end. Page 240, insert the following after line 20: ``(I) professional development on restorative justice and conflict resolution;'' The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 125, the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Cohen) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Tennessee.
