Out of six adults--think about that--one out of six adults. Now this body of which I am extremely proud to be a Member is not representative of America. Because if it were, one out of six, or 74 people, would be earning $22,000 a year or less for a family of four. So that doesn't happen. One out of five children in this country is now living in poverty--they're in my district--and people can't get along without having a job.
