Mr. Blumenauer, let me ask you this--and we've worked together on the Keystone XL issue--When people come to you and say that it's going to create all these jobs, we need jobs and they can get this oil, these tar sands to China if they need to by going to the West, what do you tell folks about those jobs and the effect it will have on the future?
