I didn't know, in your statement to the gentleman from Rhode Island, why are these funds needed to get our troops out? Do we not have airplanes, roads, boats and whatever to get our folks out?

We did pass a bipartisan infrastructure bill and FAA reauthorization bill. It was truly bipartisan.
