Before I yield to Mr. Johnson, I would say that I could respond to some of the statements that the gentleman from Alabama made, but I won't do it because I have the highest respect for him. He's one of the finest Members of this House. I yield 5 minutes to the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Johnson).
