During this past year, some of our highest elected officials deliberately and consistently use racist language tying COVID-19 to Asians.

That is not speech. That is action.

The Committee on the Judiciary's Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties will come to order.

Sadly, this incident was one of several recent ones where elderly Asian Americans were similarly knocked violently to the ground.
