With the record influx of illegal crossings at the southern border, I was wondering what steps you are taking to mitigate potential strain on the SNAP program.

I ask the Chairman to enter into the record a document from USDA Food and Nutrition Services on SNAP policy for non-citizen eligibility.

I am not doing this to be argumentative, but we are really trying to understand, with the large number of immigrants that are coming into this country...
