Phil Roe: “We have a liability crisis in America.”

Nothing could be further from the truth. This legislation does not ban a veteran from choosing whoever they want when seeking help with their VA claim.

My bill, the GUARD VA Benefits Act, will simply reinstate criminal penalties for unaccredited claims representatives.

Every American should have that experience. We all need to be reminded that the freedom we enjoy is because of the brave men and women who serve in our Armed Forces.

It is well past the point where Congress, taxpayers, and, most importantly, our student veterans are going to accept the same tired excuses.
