It is time to quit talking about this and get this done.

That is an investment that is paying off big time that you all can leverage.

Every American should have that experience. We all need to be reminded that the freedom we enjoy is because of the brave men and women who serve in our Armed Forces.

The law states what we must do on 1 August. It is not an interpretation.
