Mr. President, I have found this conversation so interesting. I will remind my colleagues that H.R. 2, a border security bill, actually did come to the Senate, and it has been here since May 15 of 2023--an actual border security bill--and the fact that the provisions in front of us are not border security provisions are things that are of concern.
