Parental rights are something we hear a lot about in Tennessee, and I think we are just very fortunate to have some really wonderful, dedicated teachers who have worked with parents.

Our policy is that if the risk assessment indicates, we need to switch them to phone from text, and that was one of our--that was one of the things that we did wrong in this situation.
