I thank the gentleman. I love the fact that he talked about Montana and what is going there and the northern route approval, Mr. Speaker, the H.R. 3. I wish he would hold that bill back up. I will yield to the gentleman. How many pages is actually in that bill that would approve the route for the Keystone pipeline?
