OK. So all of these innovators in the auto industry, and the financial service industry, and the banking industry, and the insurance industry, the entertainment industry, the health care industry, all of those guys that have been saying don't cast this net so widely, they would be trapped in that, or then it would be an enormous bureaucracy, I would think, that the FTC would have to build to start to regulate this.
