I thank my colleague from Georgia for all those kind comments. Once again, looking at this chart, we see the broken promises over and over and over again. And not only the cost to our job creators, which certainly is affecting our economy, but also those to the typical families who are already struggling to get health care. Now we have increased that cost to them by almost $2,400 in just a few short years. Now it is my honor to yield to a gentlelady from Alabama, Martha Roby, who represents Montgomery.
