The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce any of the rules proposed pursuant to section 222 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 222) and other statutory provisions in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that was adopted by the Federal Communications Commission on March 31, 2016 (FCC 16-39).
