NO IMPACT ON FUNDING FOR ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING WOMEN'S HEALTH SERVICES. Notwithstanding section 3, nothing in this Act shall impact the amount of funding available for any organization that provides women's health services, such as preventive care and cancer screenings, in appropriations legislation for fiscal year 2016, including any continuing resolution.
