I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 5277, which was received from the House. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the bill by title. The bill clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 5277) to amend section 442 of title 18, United States Code, to exempt certain interests in mutual funds, unit investment trusts, employee benefit plans, and retirement plans from conflict of interest limitations for the Government Publishing Office. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
