In Texas, the department of public safety released a report that, between 2008 and 2014, foreign aliens committed over 600,000 crimes and almost 3,000 murders in the State of Texas. That is the reason that we come here to address this issue. Mr. Speaker, the crime rate for illegal aliens in this country should be zero. It should be zero because it should not be tolerated.
