“Madam President, recently, Francis Collins, who is the current Director of the National Institutes of Health, said in an interview: We call on China to really open up, something they have not done, and to be more transparent about what could be known there. He was, of course, talking about the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic. I couldn't agree more with Dr. Collins. The world is entitled to know what happened in Wuhan.
