I have no more speakers, and I am prepared to close after the gentleman from California closes.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce my retirement from Congress. Recently, I was offered an opportunity in the private sector that was too exciting to pass up.

I commend Rep. Knott for leading legislation that will ensure DHS has the right intelligence and preparation to keep accomplishing this mission and protect our communities.
