Again, I am compelled to correct the Record. The bill very specifically states that family units will be kept together. There will be no separation of children. It very clearly is stated in the bill. Mr. Speaker, I yield 4 minutes to the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Pfluger), my very good friend.

I'm not reauthorizing it and I don't think any Member of this subcommittee will probably reauthorize it either.
It's deeply appreciated. It's--you know, as we pass legislation, getting feedback on that legislation is always helpful.
Tough prosecution and proper sentencing are not only examples of holding criminals accountable for their actions, but send a message that Federal, State, and local jurisdictions will do what is necessary to protect their citizens.
