Congress is broken, and it was time for me to return home.

Though I planned to retire at the end of the previous Congress, I stayed to ensure that President Trump's border security measures and priorities make it through Congress.

While I cannot give the details here, I will be doing something specifically designed to help America compete against the CCP [Chinese Communist Party], but this time in business.

I commend Rep. Knott for leading legislation that will ensure DHS has the right intelligence and preparation to keep accomplishing this mission and protect our communities.
