The quickest, and probably the least expensive, way for the Federal Government to start to meet its used nuclear fuel obligations is for the Department of Energy to contract with a private storage facility for used nuclear fuel.
He suggests contracting private facilities for nuclear fuel storage as a cost-effective solution.

It was inappropriate for the president to ask a foreign leader to investigate his political opponent and to withhold United States aid to encourage that investigation.
