Now, it seems to me listening to what is being proposed here is to make the Senate permanently like it has been the last 18 months where the majority had enough votes to run over the minority and pass bills with no bipartisan support and the result has been, it scared the country to death, produced an upheaval and in the case of the healthcare law, a determination to repeal it from the day it was passed.
