we restored in the Budget Committee 70 percent of the President's cut of the so-called low-income home energy assistance, and we also tried to increase funding for prenatal care. The thrust of this amendment offered by the Senator from Pennsylvania is in agreement with the priorities that we are pursuing in the Budget Committee. So I would just say, Mr. President, in the absence of any request for a rollcall vote on this particular amendment, that we would be pleased to accept the Senator's amendment.
