I was very disappointed as I went through that document last week, the energy plan the President put forward. It was light on efficiency and conservation and heavy on drilling. We all know we are going to need more capacity. There is no question about that. I think we acknowledge that jointly. But the issue is, how do we get balance in it? As an example, in this country, certainly in my State, in the Southeast, natural gas prices have gone up 400 percent in the last 18 months. There is nothing in this plan to talk about how we are going to deal with that in the short run. What are we going to do for the people who are hurting?
