I agree with my colleague, the Senator from Alaska, that other committees should consider the relevant issues in their jurisdiction. The Senate Foreign Relations Committee will, of course, consider any resolution of approval or disapproval, but the involvement of other committees in the hearing process will certainly assist the full Senate as it debates this issue.
