I cannot imagine, if I am Secretary Pompeo, having someone better than you.
We may leave a bill behind that others may pick up at some point.
I love seeing this bipartisanship, because I cut my teeth on the first OPIC reauthorization as a House staffer in 1974.
If it ends up costing what has been laid out here, it could well be one of the worst votes I've made.
